Steam Engineering

  • prdsWe Design, manufacture, supply, erection & commissioning of Pressure reducing & De superheating systems include pipe works & pipe fitting, Isolation valve, safety valve, control valve , spray nozzle insert &  all instruments.

All upstream & downstream steam pipe & water pipe assembly & pipe fittings are adequately design with control valve & PRDS accessory as per IBR & suitable to all type of application for accurate pressure & temperature control. Our PRDS station is supplied with complete accessories to ready to fit on your piping.

  • We Design, manufacture, supply, erection & commissioning of all type of de superheating systems i.e. In line de superheating systems, vessel de superheating systems,

Variable nozzle de superheating systems with water control assembly as per IBR.

  • We Design, manufacture, supply, erection & commissioning of flash steam & condensate recovery systems which increase the efficiency of plant operation & save the fuel. We design, select & correct steam trap for various applications, line sizing of return condensate, decide the piping layouts, design & supply of flash vessels & condensate transfer pumps.

Flash (or partial) evaporation is the partial vapor that occurs when a saturated liquid stream undergoes a reduction in pressure by passing through a throttling valve or other throttling device. This process is one of the simplest unit operations. If the throttling valve or device is located at the entry into a pressure vessel so that the flash evaporation occurs within the vessel, then the vessel is often referred to as a flash drum

  • We Design, manufacture, supply, erection & commissioning of live steam exhaust vapour balancing systems for sugar & process industries

i.e.  Boiler generated steam first utilize for power generation & balance live steam is bust to the exhaust line through PRDS after fulfilment of the exhaust pressure, the excess  exhaust have boost to the first vapour through the big size fabricated pneumatic or motorised control valve, after fulfilment of the pressure of first vapour then it have release to the second vapour cell. If excess amount of steam is came, it will bleed to atmosphere through last vapour cell, the total plant steam will be stabilised through this system. It will increase the total plant efficiency. Above systems include the PRV system, Overflow big size control valve, field instruments, steam piping as per IBR.

  • A deaerator is a device that is widely used for the removal of oxygen and other dissolved gases from the feedwater to steam-generating boilers. In particular, dissolved oxygen in boiler feedwaters will cause serious corrosion damage in steam systems by attaching to the walls of metal piping and other metallic equipment and forming oxides (rust). Dissolved carbon dioxide combines with water to form carbonic acid that causes further corrosion. Most deaerators are designed to remove oxygen down to levels of 7 ppb by weight (0.005 cm³/L) or less as well as essentially eliminating carbon dioxide

The De-aerator Tank offered by us are fabricated using best grades of raw material procured from reliable vendors. These are meticulously designed and are in high demand in the global arena. Our range is also available in customized form adhering to the designs and specifications of our valued customers

  • The importance of the boiler feedtank, where boiler feedwater and make-up water are stored and into which condensate is returned, is often underestimated. Most items of plant in the boiler house are duplicated, but it is rare to have two feedtanks and this crucial item is often the last to be considered in the design process.

The feedtank is the major meeting place for cold make-up water and condensate return. It is best if both of these, together with flash steam from the blowdown system, flow through sparge pipes installed well below the water surface in the feedwater tank. The sparge pipes must be made from stainless steel and be adequately supported.
